Natural History Museum
The Natural History Museum in London is a museum about the natural world, its history and specimens. It has a large collection of over 70,000 species and objects related to the natural world. The Natural History Museum was originally part of the British Museum, but the collection became so large that the curators realised that they needed to create an entirely separate museum. The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the world’s largest museum of applied arts, decorative arts and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.27 million objects. It was founded in 1852 and named after Queen Victoria and Prince Albert. St. Bartholomew The Great
The Priory Church of St Bartholomew the Great, sometimes abbreviated to St-Barts-the-Great, is a mediaeval church in the Church of England’s Diocese of London located in Smithfield within the City of London. The building was founded as an Augustinian priory in 1123. Bartholomew was one of the 12 Apostles of Jesus. Scholars believe he was a man of Cana of Galilee, and that Jesus complimented him by saying, ““Here is a true Israelite. There is no duplicity in him.” St. Bartholomew is the patron saint of leatherworkers, bookbinders, plasterers, butchers, tanners, and shoemakers.
Tate Modern Museum
